Our History

A White Pond Paradise Salon and Day Spa opened in March 2001 and by August 2002, an expansion was required to meet the demand for spa services.  After much hard work, education, and basic trial and error, we are proud to say that nine years later we are one of the most popular salon/spas in Akron.  This has been confirmed by being selected by Cleveland Magazine as one of “Northeast Ohio’s Top Spas” and by being selected three times by an Akron Beacon Journal bi-annual readership poll, Discover Beacon’s Best in 2005, 2007 & 2009.  This year we were selected as "The Best Day Spa/Massage." 

Adhering to very high standards and paying attention to detail are two of our strongest attributes.  It is extremely important for us to stay educated so we may keep you educated as well. Our goal is to provide you with a relaxed atmosphere and advise you on how to best achieve your individual health, beauty and wellness needs.

There is nothing more rewarding than to be complimented on the friendly, clean, comfortable environment that we have created for you to enjoy.  We are a full service salon and day spa offering a vast array of services in a very gender friendly facility that is also designed to accommodate groups and parties.

A White Pond Paradise Salon and Day Spa is an accredited business by the Better Business Bureau and member of the Day Spa Association.  We are very community conscious and support local schools and charities by offering various donations as well as a facility to hold fundraising events.  We will always support events that help improve our community and hope you will as well.
