Immediate Opening for a Salon Team Leader

The Salon Team Leader will be responsible for running the Salon Department at A White Pond Paradise Salon & Day Spa.   Your primary responsibility will be growing the revenues/profits in the salon segment of our business.  Other responsibilities include: training/mentoring of salon staff, assist in promotions/marketing of the salon department and inventory control. 

The ideal candidate will have a valid Managing Cosmetology License from the State of Ohio with at least 7 years experience.  Previous management experience is a plus but not a pre-requisite.  This is a combination management/work behind the chair position.  Compensation will be commission and bonuses based on performance.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual!  Is that you?  If so, please contact us via one of the ways listed below.  All applications will be held in strict confidence.
