Please feel free to “come as you are” to our spa. When receiving multiple services, a comfy robe and slippers will be provided or can be provided by request.  We operate a very modest environment and are very respectful of your personal privacy.

Refreshments

Healthy snacks, such as granola bars or roasted nuts, and beverages like herbal tea, coffee or bottled water are at your disposal whether you’re spending an hour or a day with us.

Gift Giving

Gift Cards may be purchased in dollar amounts from $25-$1000 and may be used to purchase any service or product.  For your convenience, Gift Cards may be purchased at the spa, over the phone or on our website.  They are valid for two years from the date of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash.  Also, Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.

Product Guarantee and Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with any product we sell for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.  If you are not satisfied, we would like to know immediately.  Chances are we have an alternative that will better suit your needs.  If not, your return will be applied to a Gift Card as an in-spa credit.

Gratuities

A White Pond Paradise Salon & Day Spa does accept gratuities in appreciation for outstanding service.  A gratuity of 15-20% is customary but certainly at your discretion.  For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. 

Accepted Forms of Payment

Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are all accepted forms of payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
