We ask that all first time clients or clients receiving a Spa Package arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their first appointment.
We cannot guarantee reservations for late arrivals. If you do arrive late, your reservation will end at its originally scheduled time so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, so our cancellation policy is designed to afford you maximum flexibility.
We ask that all reservations be guaranteed with a valid credit card. There is no initial charge when reserving your time. When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice (48 hours for packages, or clients receiving multiple services). If you cancel/reschedule within the above mentioned time frame and we are able to rebook your original reservation with another client, you will not incur any cancellation charges. We work very hard to ensure this happens. Like you, we would rather fill your time with another client than charge a cancellation fee.
Guests are responsible for just $40 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling/rescheduling. This fee allows us to provide partial compensation to our excellent therapists who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. It helps us to retain great employees. We appreciate your understanding.
